Before and after photos are always provided upon completion.
PLEASE NOTE: While we do our very best to remove dirt and grime from the headstone, some staining, wear, or weathering may remain – especially on older memorials, those made from porous stone, or ones that haven’t been regularly maintained.
On the day of your booking, we respectfully request that friends and family refrain from visiting the gravesite. This will provide the necessary space for our team to perform their duties, ensure full compliance with health, safety, and insurance requirements, and prevent any distress, as the site may appear untidy until all work is completed.

Fresh flowers can be placed on the grave as a one-time gesture or during regular visits. We can also attend on a special date – like a birthday, anniversary, or Christmas – helping you mark the moment with love and remembrance.
